Raising funds to help Lift the Load for mental health of young men in Toowoomba, Tilly’s Top Blokes Challenge will pit teams against each other to complete the Toowoomba Showgrounds Wilderness Challenge on the 8th October.

Made up of 10 obstacles over a 5km course, the Tilly’s Top Blokes Challenge will be even tougher because competitors will be wearing a 10kg weight vest as part of the Top Blokes Lift the Load initiative to support young men in Toowoomba.

In 2022 Team Tilly’s were thrilled to again be the naming rights sponsor for the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation's Legends at Their Game event, this time featuring Australian of the Year Dylan Alcott OAM. While most are familiar with Dylan’s brilliant wheelchair basketball and tennis careers, Dylan’s purpose through the establishment of the Dylan Alcott Foundation is to help young Australians with disabilities gain confidence, fulfill their potential and achieve their dreams.

Tilly’s Crawler Parts’ owner Andrew has a decades-long fascination with earthmoving machinery which has resulted in a large collection of antique machines, some of which are now available for purchase.

 

One of these machines, a 1944 Caterpillar Bulldozer D6 5R2683SP, 72HP D4600 engine has an interesting history.

Tilly's were very proud to be the naming rights' sponsors for the 2021 Toowoomba Hospital Foundation Legends at their Game event.

This year's special guests were Dr Richard Harris and Dr Craig Challen, the Australian cave divers involved with the rescue of 12 young Thai soccer players and their coach.
